Each year, we harvest thousands of pounds of fresh, organically-grown produce from our urban garden and partner farms to include in our daily meals. These veggies make up over 20% of our meals.
Even our meat selections are carefully chosen to be delicious and healthy. We offer a number of turkey, chicken and fish entrees, as well as meat-alternatives such as our Red Curry Tofu Skewers and our Vegan Lentil Loaf.
