The new hot breakfast soufflé from La Prima Catering is essentially the perfect breakfast items, all rolled into one. This protein-packed morning treat is made with scrambled eggs, Gruyere cheese, sautéed mushrooms, spinach and garlic, rolled in a puff pastry crust.

While working on new menu creations, Chef Kyle Vermeulen was looking for a delicious hot breakfast that combined a bunch of great breakfast flavors into one savory dish. His Breakfast Soufflé was a hit!
