Telemundo came for a visit!
We were honored with the request for an interview by the Spanish television station, Telemundo. Alberto Trevizo, Event Manager for our full service social catering division, Catering by Seasons, showed the reporter and camerawoman around.
Executive Chef, Kyle Vermeulen, introduced them to the workings of the kitchen and prepared a delicious cold lunch of sliced Beef Tenderloin with Chimichuri, Saffron Risotto cakes, Strawberry Watermelon Tomato salad (new on this year's BBQ menu) and Avocado Corn Salsa with chips.
Speaking with Dave Evans, President of La Prima Food Group, they learned about our commitment to the Latino community through employment and philanthropy.
